Staff Reporter. This past May Carmien Tea had its first online competition. And what a success it was! People from all over South Africawanted to be a part of our Lucky Draw. Unfortunately there can be only one winner, and this time it was Meegan Carstens, a branch manager at HeadWear24! This lucky woman’s name was pulled randomly from a hat by our Managing Director, Mientjie Mouton.Our lucky winner, Meegan, won a lovely weekend away for her and a friend at the Olifants Rus Guesthouse just outside Citrusdal in the beautiful CedarbergValley! A two course dinner for two at The Sitrus Winkel, as well as a Swedish Neck and Shoulder Massage for both at Charizma Health and Skin Care Clinic.Here, in her own words, Meegan tells us all about her weekend: “Firstly, I would like to thank Carmien Tea and all sponsors for an unforgettable weekend. It is one I will never forget. Being city girls, experiencing a small town like Citrusdal was something we needed to adjust to. Nonetheless, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was amazing, surroundings surreal and relaxing and the food superb. Exactly what the doctor ordered. I will definitely be making my way to Citrusdal again and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.”
