The Young Stars initiative was started by Daleen and Hanna Snyers. They saw that the children who lived on the farm had no activities after school or over weekends.
So they decided to become a part of the children's development and in doing so discovered that there was a lot of hidden talent in their group. All the children involved, about 28, are part of the community.
We, at Carmien Tea are so proud of our Young Stars that we sponsored tracksuits and golf shirts for all the children.
