Every year, outside season time, LifeSkills training is provided to the workers of Mouton Citrus.
This month the LifeSkills training course, Free To Grow, was presented here on Brakfontein Estate. Anyone was welcome to take part. This course focused on the following:
Self Development
The World of Work
Communication
Conflict Resolution
Human Relations
and Assertiveness.
It was a great success and everyone enjoyied it immensely.
